Haunting of Hill House

I was assigned to design a dust jacket for a book and I chose The Haunting Of Hill House for this project. I wanted to incorporate the horror aspect of the book as well as I wanted to do something clever with the spine of the book.

As mentioned I wanted to do something clever with the spine so I decided to make a path connecting both the front and the back of the book. I included a red and black as my colour as it captures the horror feeling that the audience wants to feel while reading the book.
