Haunting of Hill House

I was assigned to design a dust jacket for a book, and I chose The Haunting Of Hill House for this project. I wanted to incorporate the horror aspect of the book as well as do something clever with the spine of the book.

As mentioned, I wanted to do something clever with the spine, so I decided to make a path connecting both the front and the back of the book. I included red and black as my colors, as they capture the horror feeling that the audience wants to feel while reading the book.
